NEW TRAINING INFORMATION
Welcome to UMLY.net, the staff portal of the YMCA of the Upper Main Line, Berwyn, Eagleview, Great Valley and Lionville. We ask all current employees to register an account with the web site. This will not only give you access to the appropriate HR and Business Office forms, but it will also allow you to keep up to date with association and branch happenings. This site is currently an informational site only.
All new staff are required to take their required trainings within the first 60 days of their date of hire. These include: New Employee Orientation, Bloodbourne Pathogens, Child Abuse Prevention and Recognition, Sexual Harassment and Hazard Communication, and if driving for the YMCA – Driver’s Safety. Staff in need of training renewals will be notified by their supervisor. If training is incomplete at the end of 60 days, you will be unable to work until it is completed.
The link and directions for training are located to the left, under “HR Trainings/RiskManager.NET”. Please follow the directions and submit your certificate and if applicable, an off-site timesheet to your supervisor. All time for trainings is paid time.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I register an account? Select the REGISTER link in the Site Login box to the right of this message. Then ACCEPT the Forum Rules and Policies. Finally complete all the REQUIRED information, CONFIRM the security code, and select REGISTER. You should be granted employee permissions by 12 noon the next business day (Mon-Fri).
Why don't I gain immediate access to staff only areas of the web site? It takes a full business day for the administrator to confirm your employment with the YMCA. Once permissions are granted to the website, you will be able to download forms, take trainings or review other information meant only for staff.
What if I forget my password? Select the FORGOT PASSWORD link in the Site Login box to the right of this message. Then enter the username and email you registered the account with and select REQUEST NEW PASSWORD. A temporary password will be emailed to your address so that you can log in.
How do I change my temporary password? After logging in with a temporary password, select EDIT PROFILE from the Member Settings box at the bottom left of this page. Type your new password twice (NEW PASSWORD and RETYPE NEW PASSWORD) and the temporary password once (OLD PASSWORD) and then select UPDATE PROFILE.
NOTE: In order to receive permissions to access additional areas, you MUST provide your full real name and email when registering. Failure to do so will result in the deletion of your account.
